Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. If you receive an item that is defective, please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt and we will be glad to exchange it for a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will give you the option to exchange it for another item or to send it back for a full refund. Mistakes happen and we are happy to fix them if they do! If I send you the wrong size or item, you must return the incorrect item in the original packaging it came in unwashed and unworn. We will e-mail you a prepaid postage label so all you have to do is put the item in a mailer and drop it off at the post office or in a blue box mailer at many stores. Requests for returns or exchanges due to the ordering of the wrong size, fit, or improper washing techniques will not be granted. We thank you for your understanding.
Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. If you are unsure on sizing or how an item fits, please go through the photos in the listing. They will have rep stats on them to help you. If you need further assistance, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also join our VIP group on Facebook for additional sizing help from our reps. If you accidentally order the wrong size, you may e-mail us immediately after and if we still have the item in the size you requested, we will be happy to switch it for you. The exclusion to this is on fast selling release nights due to how quickly items sell out. Please order carefully.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is applicable, your order will be refunded in the same way the original transaction was made. The exception to this is if you prefer store credit over a refund. Different platforms process refunds differently. Please contact us at email@example.com if you cannot find your refund or believe you may not have received one yet.
